These Terms ONLY APPLY TO text messaging OPT-INS: Scrtshop text messaging program: Our SMS campaign provides subscribers with marketing messages, transactional account notification messages, account updates, and other service-related notifications. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Scrtshop and the SMS program(s) you choose to join.
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates.
Customers who agree to receive marketing messages and/or transactional messaging from us do so understanding that message and data rates may apply, and that message frequency may vary. The customer's consent to receive SMS/MMS messaging is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from us. Text HELP at any time for support or contact us by email or phone. Text STOP to opt out.
Opt-out instructions: Reply STOP to end. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be delivered from that SMS program unless you opt in again.

Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and agree to these terms and conditions. Please note that you may not enroll if you are under 18 years of age, or if you do not have the permission of the account holder for the mobile number provided.
Before the Service commences, you must agree to these Terms. Scrtshop reserves the right to discontinue offering the Service at any time, with or without notice.
By opting into the Service, you:
To view and retain an electronic copy of these Terms or the remainder of your opt-in, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with Internet access and (ii) either a printer or storage space on such device. For an email copy, you will also need an email account accessible from the device, along with a browser or other software capable of displaying emails.
Once you affirm your choice to opt in to the Service, your message frequency may vary depending on the SMS program you selected and your interaction with Scrtshop.
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement with your wireless carrier or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone's pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data, or other costs incurred (usage, subscription, etc.) as a result of using the Service.
Supported carriers include Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers. The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. Scrtshop may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. Scrtshop and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, delivery failures, or errors in messages.
To stop receiving text messages from Scrtshop, text the word STOP to any of the text messages you have received. This is the primary method for opting out. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation text confirming your unsubscribe request, and no further messages will be sent for that program unless you opt in again.
For Services operated through a different number, text STOP to that number to opt out. If you are enrolled in more than one Scrtshop text messaging program, you may need to opt out of each program separately. You acknowledge that the text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that Scrtshop and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. Additionally, if you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Scrtshop through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. These Terms will continue to apply if you withdraw the consent mentioned above or opt out of the Service.
